             Then Came before us being two of his Lordships Justices of
       Ann Arundell County M.r Robert Boone and M.r Richard Moss they being two
       evidences to this instrument and Made Oath before us that they see M.rs
       Mary Eagle and M.r John Orrick the Parties to this Deed Sign Seal and
       Acknowledge the within indenture as their Acts and Deeds according to
       the true intent & meaning of the within instrument Taken & Sworn to
       before us the Day and Year above written

                                     Presbury of Baltemore County Gent Feb.ry 27.th 1723

                                                             John Stokes of Baltemore County Gent
       Do by these Presents Acquit Exonerate and Discharge Joseph Presbury
       of the same county from all & all Manner of Actions Causes of
       Actions Judgments Executions Disputes and from all Matters or
       things whatsoever which have at any Time or Times before the
       Date of these Psents Arisen  or are now depending between me
       the Subscriber and the s.d Joseph Presbury In Testimony whereof
       I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the 15.th
       Day of January Anno Dm 1723
