       Perches then North West forty perches to a bounded White Oak then West south
       West Twelve perches to Willdings Cove then South thirty One Degrees East Seventy
       four perches then South twelve Degrees West fifty Perches to the Mouth of the
       said cove then south sixty Nine Degrees East Sixty Seven Perches then North
       forty Six Degrees East Ninety perches then North three Degrees West forty
       four perches then with a streight line to the first Bounds containing thirty
       eight acres more or less together with all and Singular the Buildings
       Improvements and Appurtenances thereon or thereto in any wise belonging or
       appertaining  To have and to hold unto him the said John Gill his heirs
       and assigns for ever and to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said
       John Gill his Heirs and Assigns and for no other Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       the said Two tracts or parcels of Land called the Narrows and Robinsons
       Addition with their and each of their appurtenances and the said Charles
       Conaway and Diana his Wife doth Covenant and Agree with him the
       said John Gill that he the said John Gill his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       shall and may have hold and enjoy the said Two tracts or parcels of Land
       and Premisses Warranted and Defended as well against them the said
       Charles Conaway and Diana his Wife as against any Person or Persons claiming
       from by or under them or either of them In Witness whereof we have hereunto set
       our Hands and Seals the day and year first above written

       On the 3.d day of August 1759 came before the Subscriber one of the
       Justices of the Provincial Court for the Province of Maryland Charles Conaway
       and Diana his Wife and acknowledged this Deed according to the Directions of an
       Act of Assembly in such cases made and Provided At the same time the said
