                            This Indenture made this Ninth day of April
       Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and sixty Two
       Between Daniel Hull of Talbot County Merchant, of the
       one part and Charles Norris, Joseph Richardson, Abel James
       Daniel Rundel, Jacob Shoemaker, junior, and Joshua Howell
       of the City of Philadelphia and Province of Pensilvania
       Merchants Trustees of William Griffith of the other Part, Witnesseth
       That the said Daniel Hull for and in consideration of One
       Hundred Pounds lawful Money of Pennsylvania to him advanced
       and lent by the said Trustees, the Receipt whereof he doeth
       hereby acknowledge hath bargained and sold, and by these
       presents doth bargain and sell unto the said Trustees a Small
       Bay Sloop called the Free Mason, now in the Possession of the
       said Daniel Hull, of the Burthen of Thirty Tonns or thereabouts
       with all her sails, Rigging, Tackel, Furniture and Apparell
       To have and To hold the said Vessel with the appurtenances
       to the said Trustees their Executors, Administrators, and Assigns
       for ever,  And the said Daniel Hull for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant grant and
       agree to and with the said Trustees their Executors Administrators
       and Assigns  That he the said Daniel now is lawfull and rightfull
       Owner and Proprietor of the said Vessel With the appurtenances
       and that he the said Daniel Hull hath not heretofore
       made any Gift, grant, sale or Mortgage of the said Vessell
