       Heiress at Law of the aforesaid Richard Galloway & his Daughter as afd and by an act of
       Assembly of Maryland Tenants in Tail and Impowered to grant bargain sell and Convey
       any Lands Tenements or Hereditaments whereof he she or they are seized as such
       In Possession revertion or remainder by such Manner and form of Conveyance or Assurance
       as any Person Seized of an Estate in Fee Simple might did grant bargain
       Sell and Convey all and singular the afd lands devised as afd by the same Samuel
       Galloway to y.e said Rich.d Galloway unto the within John Johns his
       heirs & Assigns forever   Now This Indenture witnesseth That the same John
       Johns  In Consideration of the sum of Ten shillings Current Money of The state of
       Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Susanna Johns at or before the sealing
       & Delivery of These presents  The receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged hath
       granted bargained and sold aliened released Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents
       doth grant bargain and sell alien release Enfeoff and Confirm unto the
       same Susanna Johns her heirs and assigns forever all the afd Lands and real
       Estate in the said deed devised as afd by the said Samuel Galloway to the said
       Richard Galloway as afd and granted and Conveyed as afd by the said Susanna Johns
       To the said John Johns  Together with all and singular the Edifices buildings & Improvements
       woods ways water Priviledges Advantages and Appurtenances To the
       same belonging or In any wise appurtaining and the Revertion and revertions remainder
       and remainders Rents issues and profits thereof and of every part & parcell thereof
       and also The Estate Right Title Interest use Trust property Claim and demand
       whatsoever of him the same John Johns of in to or out of the same  To have and
       to hold the afd Lands and Premises and Every part & parcell thereof devised and Conveyed
       as afd with the appurtenances thereto belonging to her the same Susanna Johns
       her Heirs & Assigns  To the only proper use and behoof of the said Susanna Johns
       her heirs and assigns forever and to or for No other use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their hands and seals the day and year first above written

       The aforegoing Deed was Thus Endorsed viz.t      Rec.d the day & year first within
       written from The within Named Susanna Johns the sum of Ten shillings

          Tho Tongue


       On the Twelfth day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and
       Eighty Two Came us before the subscribers Two Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel County
       The within John Johns and Acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his act & Deed
       and the Lands and Premises in the same Conveyed or Intended to be Conveyed to be the
       right & Estate of the within Susanna Johns her heirs and assigns forever  According
       to The True Intent and Meaning thereof
