       or purpose Clear and free from all Incumbrances whatsoever  And the said
       Samuel Lewin for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       the aforesaid Tracts or parcels of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging Unto him the said Thomas Whittington his Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns against all Claims and Demands whatsoever
       shall and well and truly warrant and forever Defend by these presents  And
       the said Samuel Lewin for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and
       Assigns doth hereby further Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said
       Thomas Whittington his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns  That He
       the said Samuel Lewin his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns shall
       and will at all time or times hereafter at the Reasonable request Costs and
       Charges in the Law of the said Thomas Whittington his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns make do Perform and Execute any other or further Deed or Deeds Assurance
       or Assurances or other Instrument of Writing Whatsoever for the better Assurance
       Surety and Sure making the aforesaid Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
