AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED

"LANDLORD AND TENANT - RENT CONTROL"

AN ACT, to add new Section 313—A to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, and
197 3 Supplement, being Article I, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), titled "Allegany
County", subtitle "Landlord and Tenant", to follow
Section 313, to implement the provisions of "Real
Property", Section 8-209F of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, to read as follows:

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Section 377
of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Kent County (1968 Edition being Article 15 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) title "Kent
County" subtitle "County Commissioners" to increase
the compensation of jurors.

AN ACT to add new Section 704 to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1970
Supplement being Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland) title "Kent County" subtitle
"County Commissioners" to provide for the creation
of a Commission to be known as the Communication
Commission of Kent County and defining the
membership, duties and responsibilities of the
Commission.

AN ACT to legalize the 1975 Supplement to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Kent County (1968 Edition,
being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland) published under the direction of the Board
of County Commissioners of Kent County and making
provision for the publication, sale and distribution
of this Code.
