AN ACT, to repeal Section 123 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, being Article I,
of the Public Local Laws of Maryland), titled "Election
Districts" and to enact a new Section 123 in lieu
thereof, to stand in place of the section repealed, to
provide for the re-alignment of the lines of Election
District No. 5—"Wills Creek"— in Cumberland,
Maryland.

AN ACT, to repeal Section 152 of the Code of Public Local
laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, being Article I,
of the Public Local Laws of Maryland), titled "Election
Districts" and to enact a new Section 152 in lieu
thereof, to stand in place of the section repealed, to
provide for the re—alignment of the lines of Election
District No. 34—"Bedford Road"— in Cumberland,
Maryland.
