RESOLUTION NO. R7 7-6

Annex 10 — Tahoma Farms, Inc. and John D. Hannon

WHEREAS, a Petition has been presented to The Mayor and
Common Council of the City of Westminster to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the City by the annexation of
several parcels of land containing a total of 734.560 acres,
more or less, and lying contiguous to and adjoining the
existing southwest corporate boundaries of the City; and

WHEREAS, The Mayor and Common Council of Westminster,
has caused to be made a verification of the signatures upon
said Petition and has ascertained that the persons signing
the Petition represent at least twenty—five percent (25%) of
the persons who reside in the area to be annexed and who are
registered voters in County elections in the precinct in
which the territory to be annexed is located, and the owners
of at least twenty—five percent (25%) of the assessed
valuation of the real property located in the area to be
annexed;

RESOLUTION NO. R78-1

(ANNEX XI)

WHEREAS, a Petition has been presented to The Mayor and
Common Council of the City of Westminster to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the City by the annexation of a
parcel of land containing 0.18 acre, more or less, situate
and lying contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate
boundaries of the City; and

WHEREAS, The Mayor and Common Council have caused to be
made a verification of the signatures upon said petition and
have ascertained that Ober S. Herr, Jr. and Jeanne B. Herr,
his wife, are the sole owners of all of the land sought to
be annexed and that there are no registered voters residing
within the area herein described;

[Section 21-2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Carroll County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date May 12, 1978]
