5) January Court 170½ Richard Parnes Comes into open Court and makes Choice of Capt. Wm. Hacket for his gardian which choice was by the court approved ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ John Hylliard bound by the discretion of this Court to Serve Matthew Mason for the Space of Three yeares from this day next Ensuing ~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ side George Smith of the South ^ of Chester river comes into Court and acknowledges himself to be bound unto his Sacred Majty King Wm. the third his heires and Successors in the Sume of ten pounds Sterlg. John Hughs likewise comes into Court and acknowledges himself to be bound as above in the Sume of five pounds each Ster. to be Levyed of their and ^ of their goods and Chattles Lands and tenements respectvly in case the Said George Smith do not make his prsonall appearance before the Justices of the Said County Court on the fourth tuesday of March next to Answer unto Such things as Shall then and there be Objected agt him ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sumons Issued agt. Wm. Whitehead That he Immediately appeare to answer all objections ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ordered That Walter Meeks give Security for his appearance & Abbeare untill next Cort Thereupon Comes the Said Walter Meeks and acknowledgeth himself to be Justly indebted & firmly holden & bound unto his Sacred Majty King Wm the third his heires and Successors in the full and Just Sume of ten pounds Sterg. likewise comes into Court Edward Bathurst and ffrancis Spearman who acknowledge themselves to be Severally indebted as afd in the Sume of five pounds Sterg.
