(B) A NONPROFIT HEALTH SERVICE PLAN MAY TAKE REASONABLE
STEPS TO PUT INTO EFFECT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION. 470S. (A) IF A PERSON IS COVERED BY AT LEAST 1 HEALTH INSURANCE
POLICY AND AT LEAST 1 NONPROFIT HEALTH SERVICE PLAN, THE PERSON
MAY NOT RECOVER BENEFITS IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE TOTAL
CHARGES OF A COVERED SERVICE. (B) A HEALTH INSURER MAY TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO PUT INTO
EFFECT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION. 477Y. (A) IF A PERSON IS COVERED BY AT LEAST 1 GROUP OR BLANKET
HEALTH INSURER AND AT LEAST 1 NONPROFIT HEALTH SERVICE PLAN, THE

BLANKET, AND INDIVIDUAL POLICIES, AND WITH OTHER ESTABLISHED
