VIENNA
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF VIENNA, MARYLAND, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Art. 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Sec. 13 of Art. 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957, as amended, entitled "Corporations - Municipal"
to amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Vienna by repealing
and reenacting, with amendments, Sec. 22-3 entitled "Election of
commissioners; procedure, referenda" to provide that the
commissioners shall have staggered terms and to provide for
payment for attendance at meetings. [Section 22-3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments. Effective Date March 31, 1982]
WALKERSVILLE (Frederick County) RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION OF THE BURGESS AND COMMISSIONERS OF
WALKERSVILLE, A BODY CORPORATE AND POLITIC OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, DATED AND INTRODUCED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BURGESS AND COMMISSIONERS, TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN THE
CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF WALKERSVILLE BY DE-ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN LANDS ANNEXED PURSUANT TO A RESOLUTION OF THE BURGESS
AND COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF WALKERSVILLE RATIFIED ON THE 8th
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1978, AND RECORDED IN LIBER NO. 31, PAGE NO.
500, ONE OF THE CORPORATION RECORDS OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT
COURT FOR FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND, AND IN SO DOING REPEAL AND
RE-ENACT WITH AMENDMENTS SECTION 829 OF ARTICLE II OF THE CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND (1930 EDITION) TITLE "FREDERICK
COUNTY", SUB-TITLE "WALKERSVILLE" AS AMENDED, AND AS CONTAINED IN
SECTION 28-2 OF THE CODE OF FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND, 1959, AS
AMENDED; PROVIDING AS TO THE CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES
APPLICABLE TO THE CHANGE IN BOUNDARIES TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS
WITHIN THE AREA TO BE DE-ANNEXED; FURTHER PROVIDING FOR NOTICE
THEREOF AT A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD BY THE BURGESS AND
COMMISSIONERS, THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS RESOLUTION, IF ADOPTED,
AND THE REGISTRATION OF BOUNDARIES AS SET FORTH IN ARTICLE 23A OF
