COUNTY LOCAL LAWS Bill No. 966, 2004 Legislative Session A BILL TO AMEND § 11-5 F., "BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES," TALBOT
COUNTY CODE, TO PERMIT THE TALBOT COUNTY BOARD OF LIQUOR
LICENSE COMMISSIONERS TO ISSUE A CLASS B-F (BANQUET FACILITY)
BEER, LIGHT WINE AND LIQUOR (ON-SALE) LICENSE FOR A BANQUET
FACILITY; TO AMEND § 11-6 A.(l) AND (2), "ENDORSEMENTS," TALBOT
COUNTY CODE, TO PROVIDE THAT A CATERER'S ENDORSEMENT MAY BE
ISSUED TO THE HOLDER OF A B-F (BANQUET FACILITY) LICENSE; AND TO
ESTABLISH A LICENSE FEE OF $1,200 AND AN APPLICATION FEE OF $100
FOR THE B-F LICENSE.

WHOLESALE GREENHOUSE STRUCTURES FROM SITE PLAN REVIEW.
WICOMICO COUNTY Bill No. 2004-2 AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, entitled "Zoning",
Section 225-82, entitled "General off-street parking requirements," by the addition of
paragraph K permitting the use of alternative paving or surface treatments for
driveways and parking areas by special exception.
Bill No. 2004-3 AN ACT to amend Chapter 138 of the Wicomico County Code, entitled
"Electrical Standards", Section 138-21, entitled "Examinations," paragraph B,
entitled "Electrician General," to reduce the examination passing grade to 70 Percent.
