SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

2-410.

(a) (9) In Prince George's County, from the remaining $15,
the clerk shall pay $3 of each fee to [the] Prince George's
[County Committee of the Maryland Historical Trust] HERITAGE,
INC.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Prince
George's County Committee of the Maryland Historical Trust shall
transfer all funds collected prior to the effective date of this
Act to Prince George's Heritage, Inc.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Procurement Law - Interest on Contract
Claims

FOR the purpose of authorizing the payment of interest to
contractors under certain contract-related claims
notwithstanding any contract provision to the contrary;
providing authorizing that the Board of Contract Appeals
shall to determine the beginning date of accrual of certain
interest; specifying the rate of interest; and generally
relating to the resolution of disputes under the State
Procurement Law.
