CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1-85

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWIE, MARYLAND
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend
Section 22 entitled, "Election districts", said Section being
Section 5-22 of Subtitle 5 of Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which article
contains in whole or in part the Charter of the City of Bowie, by
repealing and re-enacting with amendments said Section 22.

[Section 22 of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date May 22, 1985]

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2-85

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWIE, MARYLAND
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend
Section 61 entitled, "Purchasing and contracting", said Section
being Section 5-61 of Subtitle 5 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which
article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the City of
Bowie, by repealing and re-enacting with amendments said Section
61.

[Section 61 of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date August 20, 1985]
