AN ACT concerning

General Provisions

FOR the purpose of providing definitions and expressing the
effect of adoption of Code Home Rule status.

BY ADDING TO the Code of Public Local Laws of Caroline
County Section 11A. to be under the new subtitle "General
Provisions", Article 6 Public Local Laws of Maryland (1965
Edition and 1980 Supplement, as amended).

procedures, including advertising.

Supplement, as amended).
