Martial Arts Weapons

For the purpose of prohibiting the possessing, selling,

bartering, offering to sell, distributing, manufacturing, giving

away, or transferring items commonly referred to as martial arts
weapons.

Medical Scholarships

For the purpose of amending the Public Health Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County to provide for
medical scholarships.

AN ACT concerning

County Commissioners' Compensation, Duties and Meetings

For the purpose of repealing the salary and allowance of the
County Roads Board, redefining the County Roads Board
responsibilities as County Commissioners' responsibilities,
providing that commissioners' salaries and expenses shall be as
set by resolution, recodifying certain provisions relating to
meetings of the County Commissioners, and establishing the
offices of president and vice-president of the Board of County
Commissioners.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
WORCESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections 1-101, 1-104, 1-106,
1-107, 1-108, 1-109, 1-110, 1-111, 1-112, 1-113, and 1-114 of the
Public Works Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County are hereby REPEALED.
