SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the reporting
requirement imposed on the units State issuers under § 2-1010 of
the State Government Article shall be in addition to, and shall
not supercede any other reporting requirements under the Laws of
Maryland.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors -
Maryland Program Evaluation Act

FOR the purpose of extending the date by which an evaluation must
be completed under the Maryland Program Evaluation Act of
the State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors;
making technical changes; and generally relating to the
evaluation of the State Board of Examiners of Professional
Counselors under the Maryland Program Evaluation Act.
