AN ACT concerning

General Construction Project Contingency Fund

FOR the purpose of establishing a General Construction Project
Contingency Fund; limiting the total amount appropriated to
the Fund; providing that expanding the use of unspent
proceeds from certain projects be deposited in the Fund;
providing for administration of the Fund by the Board of
Public Works with the advice and assistance of the
Departments of State Planning and General Services; allowing
for use of the Fund for certain State capital projects;
requiring certain reports; and generally relating to the
establishment of a General Construction Project Contingency
Fund.
