RESOLUTION NO. 1-87

A Resolution of the Council of the City of Bowie, Maryland
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 12 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended) to amend
Section 43A(a), entitled "Capital Improvement Program" of the
Charter of the City of Bowie to conform to requirements of the
State Code by increasing the period covered by the Capital
Improvements Program from five (5) years to six (6) years, by
repealing and reenacting with amendments said Section 43A(a).

[Section 43A(a) of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date May 26, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 2-87

A Resolution of the Council of the City of Bowie, Maryland
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend
Section 5 entitled "Salary", said Section being Section 5-5 of
Subtitle 5 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which article contains in
whole or in part the Charter of the City of Bowie, by repealing
and reenacting with amendments said Section 5.

[Section 5 of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date August 11, 1987]
