AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Anne Arundel County Tipton Airport Authority

FOR the purpose of establishing the Anne Arundel County Tipton Airport Authority;
establishing its purposes, powers, and duties; providing for its membership,
officers, and employees; providing for the issuance of bonds by the Authority and
for the expenditure of bond proceeds; authorizing the Authority to establish
certain fees; providing for the status of the Authority and its bonds; including
the Authority within the scope of the County's ethics law; and generally relating
to the Anne Arundel County Tipton Airport Authority.

BY renumbering and reenacting:

Article 2, § 12-101 to be under the new subtitle "Subtitle 1. In General"; and

Article 9, § 4-101(79) and (80) to be § 4-101(80) and (81)

BY adding:

Article 2, §§ 12-201 through 12-219, to be under the new subtitle "Subtitle 2.
Establishment of Authority"; Article 2, § 12-301, to be under the new
subtitle, "Subtitle 3. Short Title"; and Article 9, § 1-101(f)(1)(x) and
4-101(a)(79)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:

Article 9, §§ 1-101(f)(1)(viii) and (ix), 4-101(a)(79) and (80), and 4-106(a)

Finance and Taxation - Special Taxing Districts

FOR the purpose of establishing that certain ordinances or bond resolutions do not
constitute County approval for any other purpose; exempting certain actions
from the requirements of the Purchasing Article of the Anne Arundel County
Code; stating the intent of the County Council; and generally relating to special
taxing districts.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:

Article 6, § 4A-101, as enacted by Bill No. 58-97

BY adding:
