General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation is reduced by
$1,350,000 if House Bill 935 or Senate Bill
657 is enacted with a provision requiring
local jurisdictions to provide a 25% match
for circuit law clerks' salaries and the
special fund appropriation is increased by
$1,350,000 to reflect the local share of
funding toward the cost of circuit law
clerks' salaries.............................................

Coordinating Council shall submit a
feasibility plan for extended judicial
operating hours for the Circuit Court
of Baltimore City criminal docket by
