County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement).

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN, A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND, PROPOSING THE
ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN OF A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND SITUATED AND
CONTIGUOUS TO AND ADJOINING UPON THE EASTERN CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN AND PROVIDING FOR THE CONDITIONS AND
CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE
