is to certify that on the
24.th day of sept.r 1855 seth
W. Warfield of the said county brought before
me one of the Justices of the Peace
for the county aforesaid a bay mare
which he alleged had been taken up by
him trespassing on his enclosures
with the following marks of our white
feet blaze face and white band across
the belly ringboned is shod in front
feet   10 or 12 years old

The owner of the above property are requested
to come forward prove properly
pay charges and take her away
