his custody and shall also well and truly
execute and perform the several duties

Scaggs and Benjamin H.
Dorsey Jo.s Fawcett all of Howard county
and state of Maryland are held and firmly
bound unto the state of maryland in the
full and just sum of two thousand dollars
current money to be paid to the
state of maryland; To the which payment
well and truly to be made and done we
bind ourselves our heirs executors and
administrators jointly and severally
firmly by these presents sealed with
our seals and dated this fifth day of
February in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fifty six
The condition of the above ^obligation is such that if the above^ bounden John
Reely elected a constable in the fifth election
District of Howard county do and
shall well and faithfully execute the same
office in all things appertaining thereto
and shall well and faithfully execute
all warrants and other process to him
directed and delivered and shall also
