                            Frederick County Sct
It is hereby certified that on this 23.d day of September A. D.
1856 before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for
the County aforesaid persenally appeared Outerbridge Horsey
and May D. Gouverneur who are known to me of my own
knowledge as the parties named and described as and
professing to be the parties grantors in the within bill
of sale and acknowledged the same to be their act and
deed and at the same time and place also appeared
Joseph Rennehan being known to be as the party grantee
in the above instrument of writing and made oath
according to laws that the consideration in said
instrument         W.m H. Hilleary      is bonafide just
and true as therein set forth

I hereby certify that William H. Hilleary Esquire before
whom the aforegoing acknowledgement & affedavit
were made and who has thereto subscribed his
name was at the time of so doing a Justice of
the Peace of the state of Maryland in and for
Frederick County duly elected commissioned
and sworn
            In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my
(seals)  name and affix the seal of the Circuit Court

I Ann Iglehart of Howard
County and state of Maryland
do hereby manumit and set
free my negro slaves (to wit)
Ann Henson aged twenty five
years on the eighteenth day of November 1856
to serve ten Years from the eighteenth day of
November 1856 with her child Sam aged four
years on the eighth day of March eighteen hundred
and fifty six to serve until he arrives at the age
of forty year Annjaline Jordan aged twenty two
Years the fifteenth day of May eighteen hundred and fifty six
