William F. King
Know all men by these presents
that I Gustavus Wheeler of
Howard County in the State of
Maryland for and in consideration
of the sum of fifty dollars current
                             money to me in hand paid by William F. King of Howard
                             County in the said State at and before the sealing and
                             delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said
                             Gustavus Wheeler do hereby acknowledge have granted
                             bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
                             bargain and sell unto the said William F King his
                             executors administrators and assigns all the following
                             property that is to say one negro boy about ten years old
                             to serve until he is twenty one years of age by the name
                             of Thomas Boston one Grey Horse one Bay horse, five
                             head of cattle, one market wagon, one care, three seed
                             ploughs, two shovel ploughs, one cultivator, one Harrow,
                             four Hogs, two feather beds, Bedsteads and furniture
                             fifteen chairs, two Tables, one clock, one safe, two
                             Iron Potts, one oven, one skillet, one Tea kettle, Ten
                             barrels corn, all and singular which said goods and
                             chattels are now remaining, standing, and being in a
                             certain messuage or tenement situate in Howard
                             Howard County and now in the occupation of the
                             said Gustavus Wheeler.  To have and to hold all
                             and singular the said goods and chattels and other
                             the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned
                             and intended so to be to the said William F King
                             his executors administrators and assigns forever
                             and I the said Gustavus Wheeler for my self my
                             heirs, executors, administrators all and ^singular^ the said
                             goods and chattels and other the premises unto the
                             said William F. King his executors administrators
                             and assigns against me the said Gustavus Wheeler
                             my executors and administrators and against
                             all and every other person or persons whomsoever
                             shall and will warrant and forever defend by
                             these presents of all and singular which said
                             goods and chattels and other the premises I
                             William F. King in full possession by delivering
                             to him the said William F. King one shovel
                             Plough at the sealing and delivery of these presents
                             in the name of the whole premises hereby
                             bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so
