County in E P H No 2 folio 511 &c and also all my
interest and title to her three children
    Witness our hands and seals this twenty fifth day of March
in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty eight

    I hereby certify that on this twenty fifth day of
March in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty eight
personally appeared before the Subscriber a Justice
of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for
said City Jane McKim Marriott and Walter Dorsey
and acknowledged the foregoing bill of sale to be
their act and the said Jane McKim Marriott made oath
on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration
set forth in the said bill of sale is true
and bona fide as therein set forth

    I hereby certify that Daniel E Myers Esquire
before whom the annexed affidavit and acknowledgement
were made and who has thereto subscribed his
name was at the time of so doing a Justice of the Peace

                  In Testimony Whereof I hereto set my
    (Seals)   hand and affix the seal of my off ^the Superior^ Court
    (Place)   of Baltimore City this twenty fifth
