State of Maryland Howard County to Wit:
I hereby certify that on this twentieth day of May in the year Eighteen
hundred and fifty nine personally appeared before me the
subscriber a Justice of the Peace for Howard County aforesaid
James E Cassidy and acknowledged the foregoing BIll of Sale to
be his act and at the same time personally the appeared the
within or above named Samuel Cassidy and made oath in
due firm of law that the consideration in the said Bill of Sale
is true and Bona fide as therein set forth

Know all men by these presents that
I Benjamin Williams of Howard County
in the State of Maryland for and in consideration
of the sum of nine hundred dollars to me in hand paid
by Asbury Fisher of the county and state aforesaid the receipt
whereof I Benjamin Williams do hereby acknowledge and
by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said
Asbury Fisher his executors administrators and assigns all
the following negroes to wit one woman Angeline
twenty four years old on the fifteenth day of May
1858 to serve for ten years from that date or until the
15.th day of May 1868 one boy Andrew six years old
on the first day of April 1859 to serve until forty years
old or until the 1st day of April 1893 one boy Daniel
three years old on the eleventh day of April October 1858
to serve until forty years old or until the Eleventh of
October 1895 One girl Kitty two years old on the 22nd
of February 1859 and a slave for life one girl Julia one
year old on the 17th of August 1859 and a slave for life
To have and to hold all and singular the said named &
described negroes above bargained and sold unto said
Asbury Fisher his executors administrators and assigns
for and during the above specified terms of service and
I the said Benjamin Williams for myself my heirs executors
and administrators all and singular the said negro unto
the said Asbury Fisher his Executors administrators
and assigns and will warrant and forever defend
against all persons whatsoever by these presents
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this Eleventh day of May
