bound Littleton Maclin shall faithfully
execute his office as treasurer of Howard
county and well and truly account for
and pay over to the Treasurer of maryland the
several sums of money which he shall
receive or be answerable for at such times
as the law directs then this obligation to be
null and void otherwise to remain in full

Abram England
Know all men by these presents that
I Greenberry L. Rickeard of Howard
County in the state of maryland
for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred seventeen dollars and
sixty seven cents to me in hand paid by
Abram England of the county and state aforesaid
at and before the sealing and delivering
of these presents the receipt whereof I the
said Greenberry L. Rickeard do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain
and sell unto the said Abram England
his executors administrators and assigns
all the goods chattels stock and utensils hereinafter
particularly mentioned that is to say
one black horse called "snap" one red and
white cow one blue speckled or pied cow
one red and white heifer two hogs one two
horse waggon one barshare plow one double
shovel plow one single shovel plow one lot
of tobacco supposed to be one thousand pounds
and about twenty five barrels of corn
all and singular which said goods
