Issued the 10 January 1811


Maryland Ann Arundel County to wit:
          I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof Jack a yellow man about
thirty five years old five feet seven inches high and
has a small scar on his right eye brow is a free
man and that his freedom took place on the
twenty third day of January 1805 said Jack was
raised in the County aforesaid
Issued the 18.th day of January 1811


Maryland Ann Arundel County sc
          I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof Dinah of a dark complexion
about five feet five inches high with a scar on her
chin is the same person named in a deed of
manumission executed by Charles Pettebone on the
twenty sixth day of January in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and five and
that the said woman called Dinah was raised in
Ann Arundel County aforesaid
Issued the 22.d January 1811

          I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern
that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof Susanna of a dark complexion aged
about twenty eight years about five feet eight
inches high is the same person named in a deed of
manumission executed by Charles Pettebone on the
twenty sixth day of January in the year of our
