Command was given to the sherr of Somersett County that he should take John Videl
Late of Somersett County Gent if he should be found in his Bailywick and him should safe
keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
    to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then next to Satisfie unto Ephraim Wilson four
    pounds sixteen shillings and nine pence Curr.t mony and three hundred and two pounds of tobacco which to
    the same Ephraim in his Lordships County Court of Somersett were adjudged for his damages which he sustained
    as well by occasion of the Non performance of a Certain Promise and assumption afd to the same
    Ephraim by the afd John lately made as for his Costs and Charges by him about his suite in that part Expended
    whereof he is Convict and that thereof he should not fail &c

                Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the twenty first day of the same month Anno Dom
    One thousand seven hundred and twenty six Comes the said Ephraim Willson by Levin Gale his attorney &
    the sherr of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh
    Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed viz.t      Cepi Corpus Fra: Allen sherr

             Whereupon the said Sherr altho' Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the afd Jn.o
    Videl according to his Return f the Writt afd &c

Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that of

the goods and Chattells which were of Catherine West dec.d in the hands
of Randall West and Anthony West both of the County afd planters
                   Executors of the testament and Last Will of the afd Catherine West of the County of
Somersett Spinster in his bailywick he should make as well a Certain debt of ten thousand
seven hundred and Ninety Four pounds of tobacco which Thomas Dashiell in his Lordships County
Court of Somersett before the Justices thereof ^Recovered against them^ as three hundred and Ninety five pounds of tobacco
which to him the Same Thomas in the Same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by
occasion of the detaining of the same debt to be Levied of the good and Chattells which were of the
afd Catherine in the hands of the afd Randall and Anthony West at the time of her death Remaining
to be administred if so much thereof in their hands they have and if so much in their hands
they have not then the ^Damages^ Costs afd to be Levied of the proper goods and Chattells of the afd Rand.ll
