Somersett fs
                      Att a Court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of
Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c held at Dividing Creek in somersett County by
his said Lordships Justices of the Peace and Commission the third tuesday of June being the
twentieth day of the same month and in the twelfth year of his said Lordships Dominion &c anno

Whereas John Handy and James Dashiell both of Somersett County Gent being appointed in his
Lordships Commission of the peace as Justices in Said County this day appeared herein Court and
took the Oath appointed by act of assembly to the Government to be taken with the oath of
Justice and subscribed the oath of abjuration and test and took their places on the bench
accordingly as above &c

                Whereupon the Court being set thereupon Proclamation being made the Sherr of
Somersett County to witt Francis Allen Gent makes Return of a Pannell of Orphans Jurors
as follows viz.t William Lane, John Townsend Jun.r Moses Driskill, William Bowler Willm Jones
Jn.o Waller, Jn.o Hoopington, Thomas Humphry's Thomas Walker, And.w Collins John Fleming, Benj.a
Houston, Thomas Pointer James Mumford, Jn.o Purnall, Wm Bratton David Hazzard Daniel
Cordery, John Dennis Sen.r John Trehearn Thomas Billings Joseph Wailes Phillip Quinton

thereupon Proclamation being made by the Cryer according to Common form &c the Jurors
so as afd Impannelled being severally Called over by the Names do appear as above and thereupon
they are Sworn and Charged and Sent Out to Consider &.c who Soon after ax return and
are Severally Called Over and were discharged &c




Peter a negro Boy of Philip Quinton is adjudged by the Court to the age of Eight Years &.c

Toney a negro boy belonging to John Tingle is adjudged by the Court to the age of Nine Years &c

John Jackson a Servant Boy of Patrick Mathews Imported into this Country in the Sloop
Called the Manocan, James Lindow Commander is adjudged by the Court to the age of Eleven
Years this term &c

John Poe a servant Boy of John Evans Sen.r Imported into this Country in the Ship Called
S.t Turin Edward Lows Commander is adjudged by the Court to the age of thirteen Years
this term &c
