[Council to Sheats.]
Sir.
We are informed by W^m Paca Esq^r that you were to pro-
vide for this State 50 ream of Paper proper for an emission of
money, and that the time by which it was to be supply'd is
elapsed or nearly so; we request you will deliver it to the Bearer
M^r Green or his order, if 'tis ready — or if not, that you will con-
vey it to us by the first opportunity by the head of our Bay as
soon as it is ready, as we are great in want of it. Address it
to Col^o H. Hollingsworth for the use of this State. He will
forward it to us. you will be pleased to transmit the acc^t to
us, and it shall be immediately discharged by an order in
your city
