Ordered That a Court-martial be appointed for the Tryal of
Levi Willin 1st Lieutt and Job Todd Ensign of Captain Lake's
Company in Dorchester County, and that
Colo John Ennalls be President of the said Court.

Major Thomas Muse \ Members of the same Court.

Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay Thomas Smyth
Esqr for the use of John Sturgis, Robert Read, Robert Con-
stable and Robert Blake, two hundred and eighty three
Pounds, three shillings, and eight pence, for Amt Accts
Copy of Letter No 229 was sent to Mr Sheats, Printer. No
230 to Elisha Winters No 231 to Captn Fredk Teems.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Catharine
Nixon thirty shillings, for Amt Accts
Wm Gerwood appointed Surgeon Assistant to Doctr Richard
Tootle.
Ordered That Charles Wallace Paymaster advance one
month's pay to said Wm Gerwood.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Mary Dorsey
six Pounds, for Amt Acct
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Captn Simmonds
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to John Ijams
ten Pounds, for Amt Acct
Adjourned 'till next Day 10 o'Clock.

[Council to Sheats.]
Sir.
We are informed by Wm Paca Esqr that you were to pro-
vide for this State 50 ream of Paper proper for an emission of
money, and that the time by which it was to be supply'd is
elapsed or nearly so; we request you will deliver it to the Bearer
Mr Green or his order, if 'tis ready — or if not, that you will con-
vey it to us by the first opportunity by the head of our Bay as
soon as it is ready, as we are great in want of it. Address it
to Colo H. Hollingsworth for the use of this State. He will
forward it to us. you will be pleased to transmit the acct to
us, and it shall be immediately discharged by an order in
your city
Mr Sheats Printer.
