   Embargoe Ordered that an Embargoe & stop be put vpon p. 104

          all Vessells bound out of this Province for Europe

   

          after the 23th of this instant July Untill further Ordr

    and that in the interim noe such Vessell be cleared without

    giveing Bond to goe downe to Point Comfort in Virginia to

    joyne the ffieet there now rideing, being Ordered by his

    Exncy Sr Edmond Andros the said time prefixed to Sayle.
