     Note where you find the Word, Whitehall, in the Marjant of Lib. H. D.

   the Ensuing Proceedings of this Booke, it is to signifye that

   such Clauses & passages, as are so Marked, have been sent

   for England to the Rt Honoble the Lords of the Comittee of

   Trade & Plantations & their Mats Principle Secretary of State,

   Pursuant to their Sacred Mats Royall Instructions.

          Reigne &Ca whereby (Upon inspection of the same

   had) was signifyed their Royall Will and pleasure of Comitting Whitehail

   the Care & Charge of the Governmt of this their Province and

   Territory of Maryland unto the said ffrancis Nicholson Esqr
