After And wee are troubled to see Yor Honours wrest our
words as tho' wee claimd the use of the Great Seale for nothing,
Wee haue not said or done any thing to deserve such A con-
struction Wee hope.
If Wee proposd to transcribe the Iournall it was in comply-
ance with yor honors resolution to haue Allowances in tobacco
And Wee did not Expect to be reprimanded for it.
Wee do not reflect on yor honors Understanding or integrity
And wish that Every where All reflections was Avoided.
Wee desire Your honors interpret! our good meaning aright
and to concurr with us that Wee may proceed to Compleat

upon the Subject of last Message which Matters Shall never
be drawne into president the laws proposed Are all agreed to
Therefore wee desire You will Get the bills ready that this

reasonably proposd As to duplicates for the future Wee are
dischargd from that proposall and are obligded to Assert our
