of the same that all or any the said Grantees Bargainees
and Purchasers of Any the said William Joseph the eldest
Lands within this Province who actually bargained for the
same with the said William Joseph the Son before the twelfth
day of December in the year of Our Lord Seventeen hun-
dred and three by virtue of the said William Joseph the
Elders letter of Attorny shall by the Conveyance or assur-
ance of the To Wm Joseph the Younger Pursuant thereto
Notwithstanding any Imperfection or insufficiency of or in the
said letter of Attorny or the wording thereof (this Assembly
being made Sensible the same was duly Executed) to all
intents and Purposes whatsoever have hold and Enjoy the
sd Lands tenements and hereditaments to them their heires
and assigns forever any Law Statute Usage or Custom to
the Contrary notwithstanding.

An Act for the Exportation and Banishment of Benjamine
Cely.

Whereas Benjamine Cely of Prince Georges County within

p. 223

this Province stands convicted & Attainted of felony and
Burglary and hath received Sentence of Death Upon the said
conviction as appears by the record thereof in her Majesties
Provincial Court of this province And for as much as this
present Generall Assembly has taken the said Benjamins Cely's
case into their consideration and being desirous that the said
Benjamine Cely's life may be Saved thereby giving him time
and Space for repentance and amendment do humbly pray
that it may be Enacted.
And Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majesty
by and with the advice and consent of her Majesties Gov-
ernour Councill and Assembly of this Province and the
Authority of the same that the said Benjamine Cely with all
