thought reasonable and recommended to the House of Delegates
for their Concurrence to redress the Petitioners according to

The Gentlemen appointed by the House to go out upon the
Conferrence are M^r Robert Bradley, M^r Robert Tyler, M^r
Robert Skinner, M^r Solomon Wright, M^r Wornull Hunt,
M^r Nathaniel Dare and M^r John Sailer who are ordered to
withdraw and go out thereon
Capt Richard Jones from the Committee of Elections and
Privileges enters the House and informs M^r Speaker that
Committee desires M^r Joseph Hill may be sent to them, which
was granted and he withdrew accordingly

the Report of the Committee of Election and Privileges con-
cerning the Sheriff's Return for that County is referred for
Consideration in the Afternoon
