Council by Mr Muschamp and Mr Mackall. They return and
say they delivered their Message.

and delivers Mr Speaker Petition of some Inhabitants on the
South side Wiccomoco River in Somersett County praying a
Town &ta.

venting the Exportation of Tobacco out of this Province before

in Council first Time and recommended to the House of Del-
