17. An Act for the Relief of Anthony Joy & Ann his Wife
(which s^d Ann is the Daughter & Heiress at Law to Robert
Smith Esq^r late of Queen Ann's County dec^d and the said
Anthony one of the Exec" of the s^d Robert Smith's Testa-
ment) in confirming the Mortgage of Land therein mentioned
To which the Honourable President on behalf of her most
Sacred Majesty Queen Ann of Great Brittain &c gave his
Assent and then Sealed them with the Great Seal of this
Province in presence of the Speaker & members of the House
of Delegates
After which the Honble President prorogued the General
Assembly until the Eighth day of March next Ensuing
And so Ended this Second Session of Assembly
