Colo Tilghman from the Honble Council delivers Mr Speaker
the ingrossed Bill confirming the Will of Jeremiah Sullavant
with Papers relating thereto, the same being read & referred
till next Session of Assembly
The Address to her Majesty prepared by the Committee of
Laws relating to Sir Thomas Lawrence being this Day brought
into the House was read & approved of and ordered to be
entered at the End of this Journal And Resolved by the House
That Mr Speaker inclose the said Address and a Copy of the
Votes of this House concerning an Agent in a Letter to
Nathaniel Blackiston Esqr. appointed Agent for this Province
and that the said Nathaniel Blackiston Esq. be paid by the
Public what extraordinary Charge he shall be at in solliciting
this Affair over and above what is agreed on.
Ordered That Mr Garrett take Care to convey the Letter
directed Colo Blackiston on board the Ship Patapsco Merchant
whereof William Fowle is Commander and that he be allowed
for the same next Session of Assembly.
The House proceeds to tax the ffees for private Bills past
this Session
