Conferrence had upon Mr Carroll's letter to his Exncy Yester-
day and concurr with your house therein but Recommend it
to you that the said Mr Carroll be sent for before your house
and that you will shew your Just resentmts by reprimanding
him after such manner as you shall see fitt.
