Gent.
This house doe not only approve of the report from the
Conferrence had upon Mr Carroll's letter to his Exncy Yester-
day and concurr with your house therein but Recommend it
to you that the said Mr Carroll be sent for before your house
and that you will shew your Just resentmts by reprimanding
him after such manner as you shall see fitt.

Journall of the Comittee of Accounts thus Endorsed (Viz)

and assented to the Engrossed Bill empowering a Comittee

for limitation of officer's fees not Sufficiently provided for by
that Law, and that the Governour and his Majestys Council
had in pursuance thereof taken care to settle the Antient fee
