On the behalf of the Rt Honble the Lord Propry of This
province, I will This Be a Law
Cha: Calvert.
After which his Honor the Governor was pleas'd to express
himself as follows Viz :
Gentlemen of Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly.
I am perfectly pleased with the Several Steps you have taken
this Sessions for the Publick Welfare and cannot take leave
of you without returning my Thanks for the Many favors I've
receiv'd at yor hands, and as upon all occasions you have
given Ample Testimonies of yor Love, and Duty to the pro-
prietor, in his Name I assure you, He will make all suitable
returns.
It remains Gentlemen That I prorogue you to the last
Tuesday in April next, and you are accordingly so prorogued.

Afterwds Mr Speaker with the whole house returns where
Mr Speaker resumes the Chair and reports That his Honr the
Governor had thought fit to prorogue This present Genrall As-
sembly till the last Tuesday in April next.
To which Time This House accordingly prorogues it Self.
So endeth this Sessions of Assembly This Twenty eighth
day of ffebruary in the Seventh year of the Dominion of the
Right Honble Charles Lord Baron of Baltemore &c. over
This province since his Most Gratious Majesty has been
pleased to Restore him to the Government thereof, Annoq
Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Twenty One.
