The House met According to Adjournment. The Members were
Called over and all present as in the Morning.
The Ingrossed bill Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act Enti-
tuled an Act to Prevent the Abuses of Concealing Convicted felons
and other Offenders imported into this Province and for the better
Discovery of them was read and Assented to And Sent to the Upper
House with the Paper Bill by Collo Fendall and Mr Thompson.
Who return and Say they Delivered them
Philemon Lloyd Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker the bill Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled
an Act for Emproving the Staple of Tobacco.
