the following Message. [This message is printed at page 215.]
The Address to the Lord Proprietary Ordered to be Ingrossed
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act to Enable the Secretary
of this Province to Record and Enter up the Proceedings of the
Provincial Court which were Omitted to be done during the Con-
tinuance of Vachel Denton in the Office of Clerk &c Read Assented
to and sent to the Upper House by Col Ward and Mr Hawkins.
Col Ward from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker a Bill
Entituled an Act Concerning Tobacco Indorsed Read by the Upper
House the first and second time by Especial Order And will pass.
On reading the said last Bill in this House the second Time; The
Question was put that the said Bill pass. Resolved in the Negative.
