the said office by the Several Treasurers of this Province. !
Read Assented to and sent to the Upper House by Mr Johnson and
Mr Trippe.
The Address to the Lord Proprietary, Ingrossed Sent to the Upper
House by Col Ward & Mr Warfield
Philip Lee Esqr from the Upper House delivers Mr Speaker the
Paper Bill Entituled an Act for the taking Out of the Office of the
Commissioners or Trustees for Emitting the Bills of Credit &c. In-
dorsed the Ingrossed Bill whereof this is the Original is read and
Assented to: And the Address to the Lord Proprietary Signed
by John Hall Esqr President.
Ordered that Mr Speaker sign the Address to the Lord Pro-
prietary in behalfe of this House.
The House Adjourns Until to Morrow Morning Nine of the
Clock.

Thursday Mornine April 24th 1735;

The House Met according to Adjournment, the Members called
Over and all present as Yesterday. The Proceedings of Yesterday
were read Over.
A Bill Entituled an Act for Defraying the Publick Charge of this
Province, Read the first and second time by Especial Order passed
And sent to the Upper House by Mr Moale & Mr Trippe.
The House Adjourns Until two of the Clock in the afternoon.

Thursday Post Meridiem
The House Met According to Adjournment &c.
The Report of both Houses read and approved.
Whereas it Appears to this House that Several Journals of this
House in Preceeding Assemblies are not now on Record in the
Assembly Office; Ordered that Mr Macremara do Collect and Record
the same and that he be Allowed for his Service therein.
Philip Lee Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker the
Bill Entituled an Act for Defraying the Publick Charge of this Prov-
ince Indorsed. Read the second time and will pass which Bill was
read here And passed for Ingrossing.
Ordered that Mr Richard Dorsey be allowed Eight Hundred
Pounds of Tobacco for his Attendance the four last Days of this
Session
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act for Defraying the Publick
Charge of this Province Read assented to and sent to the Upper
House with the Paper Bill by Col King & Mr Hall
