further report that (in Pursuance of the order of the Lower House
of Assembly) They have Inspected the Treasurers accounts and find
by the Account of Samll Young Esqr Treasurer of the Western

Shore there is a Ball. Due to the Country for purchaseing arms and
amunition of Eleven Hundred and Sixty Pounds Sixteen Shillings
and eight pence farthing and by the acct of James Hollyday Esqr
Treasurer of the Eastern Shore the Sum of Ninty pounds Six Shil-
lings and five pence halfe penney besides his Collection last year which
Doth not Appear to your Committee which said Sums are now in
the Hands of Mr Samuel Hyde and Mr William Hunt Merchants
in London Including The Expence of the arms and Amunition that
Came in last year, for which the amounts are not yet Sent.

A Bill Entituled an Act for takeing out of the Office of the Comrs
or Trustees for Emitting the Bills of Credit so much money as will
pay The Severall Claims of such persons as have any Claim on
the publick &c. Read first and Second time by Especiall order
passed and sent to Upr House by Mr Stoughton and Mr Wood.
