stone according to the Courses aforesaid as they would have had in
the said two Hundred Acres Part of Saint Patrick's Hill aforesaid
if this Act had never been made anything in the said Will or any
Law Statute Usage or Custom to the Contrary Notwithstanding.

Session Laws

An Act to Enable Onorio Razolini to Convey in Right of Elizabeth
Calvert an Infant to George Plater Esquire Certain Lands therein
mentioned.

Chapter
XX

Whereas Charles Calvert late of this Province Esquire dyed In-
testate leaving two Daughters named Anne and Elizabeth and his
Widow and Relict Rebeckah who obtained Letters of Administra-
tion of the Estate of her said deceased Husband and about a Year
afterwards also dyed Having before made her Testament and last
Will and thereof appointed Benjamin Tasker, George Plater Es-
quires and Onorio Razolini Gentleman Executors whom also she
Named as Guardian of her said Two Children Which said Will the
said George Plater and Onorio Razolini proved and (the said
Benjamin Tasker having renounced the Executorship) obtained
Letters Testamentary thereof And Whereas the said Charles Calvert
having in his lifetime Dealt with and remitted several sums of
Money to a Certain Samuel Hyde of London Merchant so that a
Ballance in Account was due to the said Charles Calvert at the time
of his Death the said Executors continued the Correspondence with
the said Samuel Hyde on account of the said Charles Calvert's Estate
whereby a Considerable Sum of Money amounting to near Six
Hundred Pounds Sterling became due to the said Estate from the
said Samuel Hyde who afterwards failed in his Credit and Declined
his Trade into this Province And Whereas the said George Plater
having also in his own Seperate Right had Dealings with the said
Samuel Hyde there became due to the said George Plater in his own
Right from the said Samuel Hyde a debt amounting to above one
Thousand nine Hundred Pounds Sterling And Whereas in Order
to secure the Payment of the said Several Debts the said George
Plater in his own Right as well as together with the said Onorio
Razolini as Executors aforesaid and for the Benefit of the said
Elizabeth the Daughter (the said other Daughter Anne having
dyed an Infant many Years before) issued Several Writs out of the
Provincial Court of this Province in Order to Obtain Attachments
against the Estate and Effects of the said Samuel Hyde But on
issuing such Writs the said George Plater for himself in his own
Right and the said Onorio Razolini for and on behalf of the said
Elizabeth Calvert entered into an agreement Purporting that what-
soever Effects of the said Samuel Hyde might be Condemned at
either of the said Suits should be shared Equally (that is to say)
that the said George Plater should have one moiety or half part and
the said George and Onorio Executors as aforesaid should have the
