Continuance of .Suits at Law, on Suggestion of want of Evidence
from beyond the Sea
All which His Excellency passed into Laws in the usual form, by
Sealing them with the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his
Great Seal at Arms, and Subscribing them, On behalf of the Right
Honourable the Lord Proprietary of this Province I Will this be
a Law.
After which His Excellency was pleased to make the following
Speech.
Gentlemen of the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly.
I cannot take my Leave of you on this Occasion without expressing
my Acknowledgment of the Obliging Testimony you have been
pleased to give me of your Regard.
