An Act for the Advancement of Natives and Residents of this Province.  Re-enacted

An Act declaring the Division of several Counties to be firm and stable.
    Re-enacted 1704, ch. 92.
An Act causing Jurors and Witnesses to come to Court.  Re-enacted 1704,
    ch. 89.
An Act for Payment of Criminal Fees.  Re-enacted 1704, ch. 88.
An Act for Limitation of Officers Fees.  Re-enacted 1704, ch. 86.
 
At a Session of ASSEMBLY, begun and held at the 
    Port of Annapolis, the 5th Day of December, in
    the Third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady
    ANNE, by the Grace of GOD, of England, Scotland,
    France and Ireland, Queen, Defender of the 
    Faith, &c.  Annoq; Domini 1704, and ended the
    9th Day of the same Month, were enacted the Laws
    following.

An Act for Limitation of Officers Fees.  Lib. LL. N° 3. fol. 181.  EXP.
    For 3 Years.  Continued by 1708, ch. 19; 1709, ch. 15; 1711, ch. 19; and 1714, ch. 5.
Then expired the 10th May 1718.  An Explanatory Act 1717, ch. 2; and a new Law 1719, ch. 18.
